Before the Epoxy floor coating
Working within the clients brief to ensure the minimum production down time it was arranged to carry out the work over a weekend, ensuring that the epoxy flooring would be light traffic ready for the Monday.
To ensure the best finish, the existing concrete floor was diamond ground before laying two costs of high build Resdev Pumatect epoxy resin. The chosen Mid grey colour for the main production areas was complimented with contrasting green walkway with highly visible safety yellow demarcation lines.
