The client wanted a floor that was hard wearing, resistant to heavy machinery, easy to clean and could last at least 10 years.

The failed floor paint and concrete floor was mechanically cleaned using the diamond grinder and then one coat of epoxy resin primer was laid. After all toe in and anchor groves were cut, the floor was then thoroughly repaired and then followed by the 6mm Resdev Pumdur RT heavy duty polyurethane screed, mid grey.
