Three Bridges – Vehicle Workshop Flooring
Three Bridges, an up and coming speciality VW campervan restoration company know their customers expect a certain level of customer service and that this starts at the workshop floor. When moving into a new 400 square metres workshop in Milton Keynes they took the opportunity to start from scratch and design the workshop space to their own specific needs and create the impression they wanted for their customers.
The original floor plain concrete had old flaky floor paint which was cleaned and prepared using a double headed diamond grinding machine to remove any previous residue and create a smooth surface before the poured resin flooring was applied. Resdev Pumaprime DPM was applied as there was a slight damp reading on the moisture metre. Two coats of Resdev Pumatect high build epoxy resin in a light grey with mid grey for the ramps and all areas outlined and walkways created with Pumatect V epoxy black. The complete process took 5 days, Monday to Friday and was completed on time and on budget.
